A Better Planet?

I've been reading the book, "A Better Planet: Forty Big Ideas for a Sustainable Future". It includes essays from the innovative thinkers on environment and sustainability, and while a very interesting read, I've been having a tough time getting through it. I want to blame it on my short attention span and desire to turn to more trivial past times, but whatever the reason, when I do sit down, I actually love reading these inspiring words. Each essay impresses me and gives me hope that others are thinking about these issues and some of their ideas are just about as grand as some of my own. 

So I thought I would do a series on some of the essays and see if that holds me accountable to getting through this book of big, beautiful ideas to save our planet. If you want to join, pick up a copy and maybe we can get through it together.
